Admission requirements for studies, terms of receiving applications and documents, procedure for the assessment of documents submitted by foreigner and interview.

Call for Applications for the Bachelor educational-qualification degree is opened from July, 03 th, 2023 . 

Admission of foreigners and stateless persons, who come to study for obtaining the educational qualification of Bachelor, is based on interview`s recommendations in three competitive subjects. The interview is based on External Independent Evaluation programs in relevant subjects. The Interview Results are rated on a scale from 100 to 200 points for each of the competitive subjects. Persons, whose knowledge assessed as a positive evaluation for each of subjects, are allowed to participate in the competitive selection. The interview is conducted in several sessions according to the schedule that is approved and made public by the Selection Committee before receiving documents.

The results of the external evaluation of educational achievements of secondary education graduates, confirmed by relevant certificates of External Independent Evaluation with a score no lower than the minimum for admission to participate in the competitive selection, are ranked as the results of the interview

Admission of foreigners and stateless persons who have got the education-qualification level of Bachelor or Specialist in corresponding specialty (field of study), is carried out in education degree of Master Call for Applications for the Master educational-qualification degree is opened from July, 03th, 2023 . 

Enrollment to State Higher Educational Establishment «Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman» of the students of the above-mentioned category is made on the recommendation of the interview in professional  testing and the Ukrainian language (for English language programs - professional and foreign language tests).

The interview is carried out under the Program of professional entrance examinations in relevant areas of training (specialties) and the Program of the interview in Ukrainian for foreigners and stateless persons approved by the Academic Council of State Higher Educational Establishment «KyivNational Economic University named after Vadym Hetman».

The results of the interview are rated on a scale from 100 to 200 points in each of the competitive subjects. To participate in the competition a person must have the knowledge of competitive items rated not below 100 points.

Admission of foreigners to study is carried out in person and remotely.

The validity of the invitation to study is not more than 1 year from the date of its registration in the Automated System «Electronic Journal»of the authorized MES of Ukraine state enterprise. Foreigners who have received an invitation to study, registered in the Automated System «Electronic Journal»of the authorized MES of Ukraine state enterprise, received a range of information and consulting support, as well as received a visa to enter Ukraine for study purposes can participate in the remote reception .

In order to organize distance recruitment of foreign citizens for higher education, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman enters into an agreement with a partner organization that is a resident of the country of origin of the entrants. The subject of the agreement is the provision of personal identification services, verification of original documents of entrants, organization of reception of entrants' applications in electronic form, provision of premises and technical means for consultations and entrance tests of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in remote format.

The conclusion of agreements between Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman is possible with organizations that meet the following requirements:

- compliance of the area of premises for remote submission of documents, consultations and entrance tests with the established norms of quarantine restrictions in the country where recruitment is carried out;

- providing entrants with personal protective equipment;

- providing the procedure of identification of entrants using face recognition technologies, which includes verification of personal data (surname, patronymic (if available)), biometric data and their verification with the official (state) database;

- ensuring control of compliance with the requirements of integrity during the entrance exam for foreigners;

- providing a place of storage of phones, tablets and other electronic devices of entrants withdrawn during the entrance examination;

- providing a device for suppression of cellular and Internet networks;

- providing video surveillance around the perimeter of the auditorium in which the entrance exam for foreigners takes place by installing at least two video cameras;

- providing technical equipment for video communication with the examination commission of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in real time (computer, video camera, microphone, TV or projector with a screen);

- the presence in the classroom of at least two employees to monitor compliance with the requirements of academic integrity and technical support during the entrance exam for foreigners;

- providing all entrants with individual computers connected to the online platform of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, through which the entrance exam for foreigners will take place;

- providing consultations and trainings before the entrance exam for foreigners in order to get acquainted with the rules of its preparation in remote form and use the online platform;

- providing video recording of the entrance exam, transfer of video material to Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics through the online platform, storage of information and video materials after the entrance exam for foreigners for five years in a partner organization.
