The purpose of science: is to develop the students' systems thinking, awareness for needs for a systematic approach to problems of governance and decision-making to the study of complex socio-economic phenomena and processes.
Objectives of the science: to form the students complex competencies sufficient to start work on a specialty in the primary positions under the guidance of experienced professionals and managers.
Learning results:
Given the successful mastering sciencestudent can:
- classify complex systems use the principle for Ashby justificationhierarchical structure;
- build models that describe the socio-economic processes or system choice and evaluation criteria;
- explore sophisticated models, spending and structuringdecomposition
- build tree objectives, tree resources and tree models to choose performance criteria;
- solve problems of analysis and synthesis of complex social, economic and information processes and systems;
- develop, plan and implement measures aimed at solving the problem situations;
- develop and analyze models and algorithms for solving the economic problems of the system approach;
- apply the methodology of structured and object-oriented approachin the development of models of social and economic processes.
