Labour Potential ManagementThe purpose of the courseis to develop knowledge of the theory and practice in regulation of reproduction and use of the labor potential at the macro- and micro- economic level with the help of modern management methods. Objectives of the course are to: - head students' knowledge in theory of labor potential; - help students to acquire the skills to design measures for improving of the labor potential system ; - clarify of the nature for terms such as motivation of economic activity, the use of human capital; - explain students nature of the labor potential efficiency ; - promote and master the ability of research in the field macro- and micro - level of the labor potential; - master skills of research, analysis, using of available resources and the labor in society on the state level. The students will acquire competences: -apply the basic concepts of the analysis of macroeconomic processes in the labor market - characterize the currency demographic situation in Ukraine; - characterize subjects, objects and methods of demographic and migration policy; - characterize the place and role of different socio-demographic groups in the labor potential in society. - characterize qualitative changes on the labor market conditions and requirements for quality of the labor potential; - assess the role of the International Labor Organization (ILO), as coordinator in the international cooperation. - develop proposals to address the problems of labor potential in the context of international experience. - assess indicators and criteria of the economic and social efficiency in using of labor potential at the enterprise, the region and the state levels. - use the classification of efficiency reserves in using of labor potential at the enterprise, the region, the state levels and to develop appropriate proposals.
