The purpose of the courseis to provide students opportunities to master systematic knowledge of theory and practice audit of economic entities in the field of labor and employment.

Objectives of the courseare to formation in the students of the complex competencies which are sufficient to start work on a specialty on the primary positions under the guidance of experienced professionals or managers ( in Service Staff  or in Economic Departments such as:  Labor and Wages Department , Labor Rate Setting Department, Health and Safety Department) in the process of making decision to optimization of the work and labor relations in organization, that are based on auditing and controlling staff.

The students will acquire competences:

- conduct expertise in personnel management;

- evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's activities in the field of efficiency in  using staff and the social and labor relations regulation ;

- identify the competitiveness in the social and labor field on  enterprises ;

- analyze and evaluate the personnel movement within the organization;

- analyze the staff costs and their structure in the "responsibility centers" on  enterprises ;

- plan personnel costs in the "responsibility centers" on  enterprises ;

- carry out the organization controlling within the implementation of the budget for staff costs;

- develop a cost management system for staff on  enterprises;

- analyze and evaluate the return on investment in human resources on enterprises .
