Managing staff behavior

The purpose of scienceis to master theoretical and practical knowledge for adequate analysis of staff behavior, among them: the features and characteristics of the perception process, the nature and main characteristics of the attitudes, individual characteristics and psychological typology of the motivate staff potential, the nature and sources of power; theoretical foundations of leadership, decision-making behaviors, characteristic elements of culture in organization, features of the organizational development process.

The task of scienceis developing of skills: to identify the individual staff behavior characteristics; to predict the staff behavior; to use staff behavior management tools.

The students will acquire competences:

to use the personal characteristics assessment tools effectively;

to simulate the programs of interactions managers with employees, which are based on their personality type;

to assess the motivational potential of certain work species and to propose means for its redevelopment;

to predict the employees behavior, which are based on consideration of perception factors;

to use and limit using of the management impressions strategies and the gaining power strategies by staff;

to organize and implement effective communication, to prevent communication barriers;

to organize and conduct evaluation of staff loyalty;

to develop a program of the staff loyalty improvement;

to determine the type of organizational culture and direction of its development;

to develop a program of overcoming of the staff negative reaction on organizational changes;

to organize the implementation of staff behavior modification schemes.
