Personnel administration

The purpose of scienceis forming a system of knowledge of the theory and practice of personnel administration. Provide students with systematic knowledge of the paperwork and legal aspects of personnel work as part of the management staff.

The task of science:the study of theoretical-methodological and practical basis of the nature, content personnel administration, independent design and substantiation of measures to improve structural units HR.

The students will acquire competences:

• develop and execute regulations personnel service organization;

• develop and execute organizational and administrative documents and the documents accompanying labor processes;

 • draw up documents for employment, the translation, the certification of personnel, employment termination agreements, etc;

 • resolve labor disputes based on laws, regulations;

 • practice the state standards, normative and methodological documents regulating the organization of personnel documents;

 • execute documents on preparation for orders on personnel, maintenance of employment record, personal files, familiarity with modern ways and techniques of creating documents, organizing documents range of cases for their formation and storage;

 • calculate the duration of leave and compensation for unused annual leave.
