Employment administrationThe purpose of the courseis to master the knowledge of the theoretical and legal rules for the labor market and employment management; developing skills to analyze the situation, identify trends in the labor market to draw conclusions, recommendations for the effective employment. Objectives of the course are to: - identify and use the mechanism of functioning for the labor market; - identify and assess the impact of factors on the situation for the labor market; - operate the legislation norms on labor market and employment; - calculate the key indicators of the labor market. The students will acquire competences: - develop guidelines for the introduction of flexible work time schedule; - organize the creation of jobs on the enterprise ( grants of Employment Office); - enter into contracts for obtaining grants for creating new jobs, organizing training and work relief works; - improve the domestic regulatory framework of functioning for the labor market; - predict the consequences of changes in national legislation in sphere employment and the labor market; - develop and introduce editorial amendments to the content of the section in the collective labor agreement, which is named "Employment"; - provide training unemployed citizens from certain subjects, for example: search of the desired and necessary job and to master into the acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities; writing and design of resume ; mastering the technique of phone calls and conducting interviews with the employer; - calculate unemployment assistance under different conditions to obtain it; - calculate the fine and the penalty for violation of rules for premium payments to the Obligatory State Social Unemployment Insurance Fund.
