The purposeof science is to build an understanding of modern trends of scientific research, in particular in the field of personnel management and labour Economics, mastering the methodology and methods of scientific research, mastering of skills the development of program and research plan.

The task of scienceis to disclose the essence of scientific research, student education methodology and methods of scientific research, fostering interest and skills in creative research, to prepare students for independent research activities.

The students will acquire competences:

- to have a systematic understanding of the research process, the existing methodological and methodical approaches used in such activities;

- be able to use existing information sources (literature, factual, perspective) and efficient use of modern information carriers;

- to realize the necessity of planning and organizing scientific research;

- to master practical techniques and methods of generalization of the research results, their processing in finished product research, introduction in practical activities and evaluate the expected effect.
