The aim of the courseis to develop knowledge on the basis of scientific and practical management of social development at the macro and micro - levels in terms of building a socially-oriented market economy, are necessary skill to work in various forms of ownership and relevant government institutions.

Tasks of the course are  to identify of program activities,  to research activities of institutes, departments and agencies that regulated the development of social, labor relations between workers, social groups, social stratas, and ultimate goal are social protection and social development of civilized society.

The students will acquire competences:

to analyze social processes and to manage their development;

to develop proposals to improve the efficiency of the social community;

to develop and to substantiate measures of management influence in the social, political, social and labor sectors;

to expect social benefits for different events for different categories of people, such as - the disabled, families with children, the poor, the unemployed;

to calculate pension using the legal basis and scope of pension provision;

to develop measures for  social policies for collective agreement and social plan of the enterprise (organization);

to develop social services and to provide them to employees and their families.
