The organization of hr consulting business

Thepurpose of discipline is getting students persistent current knowledge and practical skills of organizing, analyzing and management of HR consulting business. In addition, students will form their business skills in ensuring effective functioning and developing the activities of HR consulting and in implementing different consulting technologies and services for customers. Students will understand the origin and development of HR consulting and its place in the field of management consulting.

Tasks of the course: to form knowledge and skills of the students for professional application of HR consulting activities in personnel management.

 

The students will acquire competences:

• to distinguish types of consulting activities in personnel management;

• to observe the basic stages of consultation;

• to provide recommendations and HR consulting services to clients for improvement the organizational management indexes;

• to draw up a business plan and marketing plan of HR consulting company;

• to register HR consulting company in state institutions;

• to form the organizational structure of the consulting company.
