Thepurpose of the discipline isformation of competencesconcerning research and formation of a positive employer brand on the internal and external labor market.

Thetask of the discipline is providing to students competencesconcerning research of employer brand, as well working out the complex programmes of the positive employer brand formation for the purpose of increasing competitive positions on the external labor market, improving personnel loyalty and motivation at a company.

The students will acquire competences:

-    to research an employer brand on the labor market;

-    to estimate a companycompetiveness on the labor market;

-    to position an employer brand on the labor market, including using network resources;

-    to work out activities for increasing competitive positions of  a company on the labor market;

-    to establish connection with partners on the labor market;

-    to work out activities for formation of positive employer brand on the labor market;

-    to work out programmes of positive internal employer brand formation;

-    to establishinternal communications at a company;

-    to determine a return on investments in employer brand formation;

-    to realize a job description of employer brandingspecialists.
