The purpose of disciplineis to develop theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of planning, organization, motivation and control of staff development in the conditions of implementation of innovative-investment economic model, formation of information society.

The task of disciplineis getting students a sustainable modern knowledge of the theory staff development, formation of skills independently analyze the state of development of the personnel and to develop scientific and practical recommendations for its further improvement; formation of abilities to scientific research work, as well as independence and responsibility in justification and making decisions on staff development.

The students will acquire competences:

− define the staff development strategy of the organization;

− develop programs to improve the competitiveness of personnel of the organization that learns;

− identify learning needs of staff, develop training plans and programs, to substantiate the forms and methods of employee training;

− to develop projects of personnel development;

− to evaluate social and economic efficiency of vocational training of the personnel;

− to calculate an additional need of the organization for workers and specialists with higher education and on this basis to determine the volume of vocational training in educational institutions and on production;

− organize training in vocational and higher educational institutions;
