Strategic human resources management

The goal of scienceis to givestudents theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of strategic human resources management in modern organization to ensure its competitiveness in a socially-oriented market economy.

The tasks of science isstudents abilities and skills to independently analyze the strategy of human resources management in accordance with the general development strategies and to develop scientific-practical recommendations on the formulation and implementation of strategies for human resources management.

The students will acquire competences:

• determine and allocate the tasks of strategic human resources management between human resources department, line and functional managers, other subjects of strategic human resources management;

• analyze and establish correspondence between strategy of organizational development and strategy of human resources management;

• conduct a diagnostic of the internal and external sides of the Organization in terms of its main component – human resources;

•  be able to fornulate a strategy for human resources management in accordance with the general development strategies of the Organization;

• develop actions plans of organizational and technological transformations for realizing the strategy of human resources management.
