Nationality: Ukrainian. Born April 14, 1960 in Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky, Kiev region. Graduated with honors from the economics faculty of Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko as an economist and a teacher of political economics. Became a Ph. D in Economics in 1994 and a Doctor of Science, Economics in 2002. Became an associate professor in 2000 and a professor in 2004. Has been working at the Department of Economics Theory and Practice since 1990. Dr. Grishnova`s main teaching and scientific directions are labour economics, personnel management, corporate culture, human development, social economy.
