Born October 24, 1977 in Poltava region. Graduated from Poltava State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in teaching mathematics and physics in 1999. Graduated from  Poltava University of consumer cooperation of Ukraine with a degree in economics of entrepreneurship in 2005. Completed postgraduate program at Kyiv National Economic University in 2008, specialty demography, labor economics, social economics and politics. Has been working in the field of education since 1998. From 1999 till 2004 worked as a warehouse keeper at LLC RTK "Golden Elephant" (Poltava). From 2008 till 2009 worked as a researcher at the NCI State Employment Service of Ukraine. Has been teaching at KNEU since 2008.
