Enterprise EconomicsPurpose: formation of modern economic mentality and accumulation of special knowledge complex in economic theory and practice of enterprise management. Objectives: to give a deep understanding of economic mechanisms and processes that proceed at modern enterprises Results: a student will be able to: - to make a reasonable choice of activity field, scales and an appropriate form of business; - to elaborate plans for an enterprise development and to justify its different innovation and investment projects; - to employ, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of main resources’ exploitation (staff, fixed assets, working and intellectual capital); - to choose the types and methods of production processes’ organization; - to determine the basic quantitative parameters of enterprise's activity (volume of production, cost, price, profit etc); - to carry out financial analysis of an enterprise; - to identify key areas of managerial influence and justify the implementation mechanism of enterprise transformation and restructuring; - to assess the level of economic security and to determine the direction of risks’ and threats’ neutralization.
