Enterprise Organisational Development
The aim of the course: provide students with a system of theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of organizational development of businesses. Learning outcomes: Given the successful implementation of the requirements for mastering the course student can: describe the nature and trends of company’s organizational development and its basic model to explain the features of the new organizational types of businesses; create the business model of the company, describe and analyze the components of its resources and capabilities; define business processes and apply modern concepts of process management through the use of appropriate information technologies; determine the need for and develop projects of enterprise restructuring; perform organizational diagnosis and audits on the basis of using modern tools of analysis of development processes; identify and justify the appropriateness of the decision on the use of outsourcing for enterprise competitiveness; select and justify directions of integration in the enterprise and evaluate the effectiveness of its organizational development.
