Organisation of enterprise operating activities
The goal of the science: providing systematic theoretical knowledge and practical skills for organizing, operation and development of operating systems of manufacturing and service companies to the students.
The task of the science: to form student’s competence complex that is sufficient for work according to a specialty in the primary positions under the guidance of qualified experts and managers.
Training outcomes:
Upon the successful implementation of the requirements for gaining proficiency in the science student will be able to:
• analyze and economically justify the choice of technological, labor and operational processes;
• set goals and formulate tasks for optimizing and organizing operational processes and systems in space and time;
• develop proposals for the forming and improving the industrial structures of the company, basing on the analysis;
• implement the process approach to the quality management of goods and services;
• calculate the need for operational resources and capacities and also ensure their efficient use;
• apply inventory models and logistics support systems;
• form and justify operative schedules of the operational systems and regulate their realization;
