Creative Economy

The course ""Creative Economy" is major within the PhD program 051 "Economics".

The program of the discipline "Creative Economy" involves the formation of knowledge about the content characteristics and significance of the creative economy, as well as mastering the approaches of various sciences to the formation of creative competencies in generating new ideas and their implementation. The proposed procedure of studying the material allows to demonstrate to PhD applicants the integrative, systematic and complex motives, values, cognitive skills, behavior patterns, as well as knowledge and practical skills that form this competence.

The aim of the course isto form students' theoretical knowledge about the historical conditionality of the symbiosis of economics and creativity and practical skills in content, purpose, methodology of creativity as an independent activity, as well as acquaintance with the tools of personal and group creativity in personal and team interactions.

The program of the discipline is based on the generalization of theoretical developments on this issue, mastering statistical and experimental data on the state, trends and importance of creative economy in modern conditions, systematization of international and domestic scientific experience on creativity (creativity) and as meta-subjects using modern technologies.

The subject of the discipline istheoretical and methodological provisions of creativity as a separate activity.

Interdisciplinary links: Mastering the discipline "Creative Economics" requires the prior study of such disciplines as "Philosophy of Science", "Methodology of Economic Research". The discipline "Creative Economics" is the basis for writing a dissertation research in the part:

• an interpretation of the results of studying the materials of the genesis of the research issues;

• formation and formulation of research hypotheses and choice of research methods;

• the construction of the logic of evidence and the choice of approaches to the interpretation of research results.

In addition, the results of the study of the discipline are applicable to the purposeful solution of problems in all of the spheres of professional and scientific-pedagogical activity, as creativity has a meta-subject character. Particular attention is paid to the formation of graduate students' ability to carry out pedagogical activities as an author's professional activity, as well as to justify and implement the social value of research.

 As a result of studying the discipline, the applicant must acquire the following learning outcomes:

1. Knowledge: Essential characteristics, signs and indicators, drivers (prerequisites) and significance, the current state and prospects of creative economy; methodological bases of creativity; methodical approaches to the organization of individual and group creative activity; understanding creativity as an integral quality, as the unity of psychophysiological, psychosomatic, ethical, cognitive and motivational characteristics of the individual; the structure of the creative process, the sequence of its components, their definitions; the structure of creativity as a competence and a component of creativity; ways of forming creativity as a constant personal characteristic; specific mechanisms for generating ideas; terminological apparatus used to describe cognitive processes in relation to the problems of generating ideas; levels and models of consciousness, thinking and personal characteristics in different historical periods; basic educational technologies, the task of which is to teach creativity.

2. Abilities: To be able to analyze the state of development of the creative economy in the world, in the country, to evaluate the creativity of the enterprise (business organization), to diagnose the creative qualities of individual managers and employees; to make an individual map of own body-kinesthetic features; to be able to analyze the data of the individual map and form the psychophysiological and body-kinesthetic context of creative self-development; be able to correctly apply the terminology to describe emotions; be able to distinguish significant physical and psychophysiological characteristics characteristic of empathy, sincerity and trust; be able to build reasoning about psychophysiological characteristics, providing motivation for cognition; be able to relate the concepts of creativity, creativity, innovation, intelligence, technology in relation to professional and non-professional activities; be able to develop a line of personal values ​​and meanings for yourself; immediate surroundings, as well as small social groups; be able to generate ideas in a situation of uncertainty; be able to evaluate the results of the selected technology and adjust its application.

3. Communication: The ability to work in a team; to explain and substantiate their own ideas, suggestions, conclusions; ability to form the ability to justify the choice of methods for the development of creativity in accordance with the tasks of group learning;

4. Autonomy and responsibility: Balance of qualities that allow you to take the initiative in generating ideas while overcoming rivalry in their discussion and delegation of role powers; analysis and selection of ideas according to the criterion of their effectiveness, not personal preferences.
