Learning Objectives

The objective of the course is to provide a systematic understanding the basics of management consulting as a profession and business and mastering practical skills for professional consulting.

Tasks of the course: formation the complex of basic competences on organization of professional activity in the field of management consulting and product development consulting.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the requirements for this course, students will be able to:

• define peculiarities of business processes in professional consulting company;

• select efficient organizational structure of management consulting company;

• develop a system of marketing management consulting company;

• diagnose the key problems of the company- customer;

• develop and present consultation proposals to address the problems of the contracting authority;

• construct technological scheme of consulting product development;

• identifying effective strategies and tactics of implementation recommended changes to the organization of the customer;

• calculate the cost of consulting product, determine the order of quality control;

• formalize business relations and choose the model of shared responsibility between consulting and client companies for the consultation process efficiency.
