Learning Objectives

The objective of the course is to develop strategic thinking, an understanding of the essence of strategic changes in the company, to acquire the skills of change management.

Tasksof the discipline: to be familiar with the theoretical principles of change management; to form an idea of ​​the company as a living organism, as an organization that continuously learns; to acquire skills of analysis and development of organizational structure and organizational culture of the company; to form the ability to analyze and manage the resistance for changes in the company.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the requirements for this course, students will be able to:

·                                                                                                                                                        identify the need for changes according to the formulated strategy;

·                                                                                                                                                        determine the level and depth of strategic change;

·                                                                                                                                                        analyze and develop ways to improve the organizational structure and organizational culture of the company;

·                                                                                                                                                        identify strategic change agents in the company and manage resistance to change;

·                                                                                                                                                        communicate effectively in oral and written forms about strategic change management using appropriate concepts, logic and rhetorical conventions.
