Mr. Burylo graduated with honors from the Law School of the Kyiv national economic university qualifying as the Master of Law in 2003. Shortly afterwards he continued his legal studies and research as a post-graduate student at the same Law School.

Mr. Burylo earned his Ph. D. degree in Law in 2008. His Ph.D. research dealt with the organizational and legal issues of public governance in the field of information. He completed his second doctorate research paper leading to LL.D. in 2014. His latest research was devoted to the legal issues of information activity in field of economy.

Over the years Mr. Burylo has occupied the positions of the Deputy Dean, Deputy Head of the Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law. He has been working as the Head of the Chair of Constitutional and Administrative Law since 2014.

Mr. Burylo takes a great interest in such areas of law as administrative law, information law, intellectual property law as well as business law.
