In 1994, he entered the Faculty of History of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, which he graduated in 1999 with a master's degree in history. From 1999 to 2002, he studied at the graduate school of the same university. In 2003, he defended his candidate's thesis on the topic: "Revival and development of the social democratic movement in Ukraine in the 1990s." He has been working at KNEU since 2003. The founder and director of the Public Organization "Institute of Strategic Design".
