From 1983 till 1988 studied at the Kyiv Institute of National Economy named after D. Korotchenko. In 1994 began the scientific and teaching activities at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, at the Finance Enterprise and Insurance Department on the position of the assistant, and later as the senior lecturer. In 2003 defended the candidate's dissertation on the topic "Reinsurance: formation and ways of development in Ukraine". From 2006 worked as the associate professor at the Insurance Department, and from 2019 - the associate professor at the Banking and Insurance Department. The experience of scientific and pedagogical activity is 28 years. The directions of scientific research relate to the issues in finance, development of the insurance market, life insurance, underwriting in insurance, management of reinsurance operations and business processes of the insurance company. The author of more than 60 scientific professional works, including 3 textbooks (co-authored), 3 educational and methodological guides (co-authored) with the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Supervised postgraduate students of the department. Two PhD dissertations were defended under her supervision. The main disciplines that she teaches are "Insurance", "Management of the reinsurance operations", training course "Management of the business processes in the insurance company". The comprehensive training based on the business game "Survey" has been developed and is conducting for the master's students of the educational and professional program "Insurance and Risk Management". Has the honorary title "Honored employee of KNEU".
