Born July 22, 1938 in the village Pochuyky Popilnyansky district, Zhytomyr region. In 1975 he graduated from Kyiv College of the Ministry of Industry of USSR food specialty "Accounting". From 1956 to 1962 worked as an accountant, senior accountantofKharkiv brewery "New Bavaria". In 1962 graduated from Odessa credit-Economic Institute, specialty "Accounting". From 1962 to 1964 he worked as a senior lecturer of the Odessa Credit Economic Institute. From 1964 - post-graduate, senior lecturer, associate professor KNEU. In 1969 received the degree ofDoctor of Philosophy, and in 1972 the academic rank of associate professor.
