Defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Psychological Sciences on the topic "Peculiarities of the Development of Professional and Psychological Competencies of Future Economists". Has the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.

Since 2012 and until now, associate professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Kyiv National Economic University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
