Information technology in labour management

The purpose of the disciplineis providing for students the opportunities for learning systemic knowledge of the theory and practice of information systems and technologies in personnel management and labour economics.

The taskof the discipline: introduction to the main trends of informatization, learning practical skills in the use of information technologies in professional work.

The students will acquire competences:

·                   To present ideas about the role and importance of the information, information technology in the development of modern society and the knowledge economy;

·                   To perform the methods, ways and means of receiving, storing and processing information,

·                   To develop computer skills as a means of information management;

·                   To solve problems of human resource management by working with global computer networks and corporate information systems;

·                   To perform the methods and software for business intelligence and skills to work with HRM programs;

·                   To interact with the services of information technology and the efficient use of corporate information system in solving problems of human resource management.

 

Physiology and psychology of labor

The purpose of science- to form the students' knowledge system about laws governing the functioning of the human organism at work, increased mental functions worker, physiological, social, psychological and motivational mechanisms of effective work, and the skills and abilities for the design of work organization, taking into account the human factor.

The task of science:to provide for students the necessary theoretical knowledge about human activity at work, patterns of physical activity, dynamics of the human capacity for work and the mechanism of fatigue under the influence of factors of the labor process, industrial and social environment.

The students will acquire competences:

·                   justify the choice of working posture depending on the nature of work and to plan the workplace;

·                   measure the static and dynamic work, to develop actions to reduce the static tension;

·                   design the labor process, labor operation and streamline labor movements of the worker;

·                   calculate energy expenditure of the worker by indirect calorimetry method;

·                   calculate and analyze of key physiological parameters of different works in dynamics;

·                   study mental processes, emotional states and mental properties of individuals;

·                   develop psychogram of personality and of profession and professiogram;

·                   standardize indicators of the human capacity for work, calculate integrated indicators in the dynamics of the working day, increase productivity by increasing the steady state phase.
