Education Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences. Graduated from the Azov State Technical University with a degree in Computer Science, qualification - Specialist in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. In 2005, she received the scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences, 05.16.02 - Ferrous Metallurgy, "Improvement of Calcium Input Modes during Out-of-Furnace Processing of Low-Sulfur Oxygen-Converter Steel". Since 2007, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Socioeconomics and Personnel Management of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. In 2014, she received the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics. Work Experience Since 2007, she has been working at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University as an Associate Professor. The scientific output consists of 148 scientific and educational and methodological works, which include: 16 - collective monographs (10 of which are foreign) and 18 works of educational and methodological nature in co-authorship, of which 5 are textbooks (1 - foreign), 1 - textbook, 1 - encyclopedic publication "Labor and Social and Labor Relations. Dictionary-reference". Among the scientific works, 66 articles have been published in scientific professional publications of Ukraine, 8 articles in international and foreign publications (including 5 articles in a publication indexed in the Scopus scientometric database), 15 author's certificates (11 - individual), 29 implementations. During 2017-2024 - consulting enterprises on labor legislation, streamlining personnel administration.
