The implementation of the policy of equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion is aimed at:
- Promoting the University's image as a leader in social change, implementing a new philosophy and educational policy of equal opportunities in society.
- Enhancing the University's global ranking as a higher education institution adhering to international standards and policies.
- Supporting women's leadership and their participation in decision-making.
- Ensuring the University's sustainable development based on the principles of gender equality, non-discrimination, inclusion, and social responsibility.
- Achieving a work-life balance for all participants in the educational process.
- Improving the educational process at the University by creating an accessible environment and implementing modern advancements in the field of educational inclusion.
- Guaranteeing the constitutional right of individuals with special educational needs to equal access to quality higher education.
- Expanding the gender and inclusive components in educational and scientific activities.
- Enhancing the professional competence of academic staff through additional mastery of modern methods and techniques of inclusive education.
- Strengthening the implementation of universal design and reasonable accommodation in the educational environment.
- Combating gender-based violence.
