Guidelines for Admission of Foreign Citizens
Admission of foreign students to study at KNEU is based on: international agreements between Ukraine and other countries; agreements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; agreements (contracts) between KNEU and international organizations and individuals.
Educational and methodical work with foreign students is held by all university departments and leading teachers of the departments. Appointed inspectors conduct organozational and methodological work with foreign students in the departments.
Foreigners who do not speak the Ukrainian language, are able to master them within a 10-month study at the preparatory department of the University, after the successful completion of which they can continue their studies at any university faculty or other institutions of higher educational of Ukraine.
Foreigners who have Bachelor's degree in Economics can continue their studies in the corresponding Master's degree program of the University.
Students who have Master’s degree in Economics, can continue their education in post-graduate department of KNEU. After having written and successfully defended the dissertation(thesis) with the Specialized Academic Council searchers are assigned the degree of PhD in Economics.

The list of necessary documents
Documents specified in subparagraphs from 2 to 6 of this paragraph have to be translated into Ukranian in Ukraine, the translation have to be notarized.
Documents must be notarized in the country of their issuance in a way that is officially used in this country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant overseas diplomatic institution of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of Ukraine
