The EU has set the goal of being a global leader in addressing the climate and environmental issues. Ukraine seeks to follow this ambitious path together with the EU, which needs to consolidate EU initiatives in the face of cross-border instability. Ukrainian educational programs lack knowledge of EUGreenDeal and other European initiatives, as well as insufficient experience in implementing European practices for transforming the business environment. In response to these challenges, a team from KNEU teachers and young researchers developed this project. The main objective of the project: The project aims to ensure the dissemination of cutting-edge knowledge on the EU's global competitive leadership strategy and the creation of a climate-neutral economy. Project objectives are: - Creation of an open University’s Open Network for Research and Internships with the goal of a sustainable collaboration of students and professors, researchers, employers, all other interested stakeholders in promoting the EUGreenDeal in Ukraine
- Development and approbation of a completely new university internship program as an action plan for transforming the employment models under the conditions of global challenges
- Development and implementation of a completely new open distance education course for studying the European model of green development and the possibilities of its adaptation in Ukraine
- The research of the progress and prospects of a climate-neutral economy both in the EU and in Ukraine
- Round tables on the green course of Ukraine’s economic movement towards the sustainable Europe for Ukrainian politicians and government officials, representatives of business / small and medium-sized enterprises, NGOs and the civil society
- Online promotion of the values and approaches of the EU for a wider audience.

2. University internship program Internship for Bachelor's degree applicants: Internship for Master's degree applicants: Network for Researches and Internships During the internship, higher education students surveyed representatives of ьщку ерфт 1000 enterprises on their readiness for green transformations. This was a significant step towards the creation and development of an open university network for research and internships with the aim of sustainable cooperation between students and teachers, researchers, employers, and all other stakeholders in promoting the EUGreenDeal in Ukraine (the list of companies is provided below).
