Project goals and objectives:
- to establish a special mechanism, based on both European experience and own educational traditions, that will assist partnet universities
- to clarify the concrete mission and tasks of IRO
- to establish international educational environment with diversified students and teaching staff
- to become a globally-connected university
- to be involved in worldwide universities network
- to be included in internationally recognized university ranking list
Activities:
- rewiev of PartnerUniversities and European universities IRO structures (SWOT analys)
- preperation of necessary documents
- establishing machanism of support services for IRO missin/task
- preperation of concrete suggestions and development of guidelines to make university eligible for inclusion in internationally recognized World Universities Ranking Lists
- creation of Quality monitoring division within IRO
- dissemination
- exploitation
- regular coordination
Expected results:
- the most efficient structure of IRO is defined
- necessary policy documents are prepered
- the effective mechanism for concrete mission and tasks of IRO is established
- university is included in internationally recognized World Universities Ranking List
- quility monitoring division for IRO mechanism is physically established and is functioning
- IRO administration mechanism is regularly up-dated
