The aim of studying science is to build fundamental knowledge of theory and practice of social responsibility and appropriate professional competencies that ensure the formation of socially responsible behavior of its subjects (institutions). The subject of studying the science is theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical provisions of forming the institute of social responsibility.

Explore recruitment and staffing processes, including analyzing position requirements, preparing job descriptions, recruiting candidates, selecting finalists, and orienting new employees.

HRPM 65018U Motivational Management
Explore the design, development, and administration of common employee compensation and benefit programs, including pay strategies, administration of health care and retirement plans, and reward systems.

HRPM 66030U Personnel Development
Examine current trends and issues in workplace training and development with special attention to the design, development, and application of training programs to improve productivity, safety, and quality.

HRPM 66042UEmployer Brand Management
Examine fundamentals, the origins and the development of the employer branding concept, its domain and its boundaries within a strategic communication context. Through the course, the students learn how to apply employer branding externally as well as internally in a company in relation to the employee lifecycle, the factors influencing the internal branding process, and the employer brand delivery mechanisms.

HRPM 66002U Budgeting in Personnel Management
This course will provide students with the skills needed to fully understand the costs involved with personnel that allow them to present a realistic case to management. It will feature case studies, business simulation and practical group exercises to show students how to prepare, monitor and control the personnel budget and, most importantly, understand the link between organisational finances and HR budgets.

HRPM 66050U Social Development Management
This course offers a comprehensive overview of social development, combining academic and theoretical perspectives with more practical and policy-focused approaches. Key themes include vulnerability and social exclusion, poverty, gender relations and mainstreaming, and social analysis. Particular attention is paid to issues such as social equality, education, migration, health provision and policy, the implications of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and the role of civil society.

HRPM 66035U Strategic Personnel Management
In this course, students will learn the importance of aligning the management of human resources with organizational strategy. Students will learn to develop solutions for sourcing talent, selecting for high performance, managing performance, selective retention, and managing diversity. In addition, the course will provide students with an understanding of the critical laws impacting the management of the employment relationship, as well as an awareness of the “business case” for compliance with these laws.

HRPM 66020U Organization of Consulting Business in Personnel Management
This course offers persistent current knowledge and practical skills of organizing, analyzing and managing HR consulting business. In addition, students will form their business skills in ensuring effective functioning and developing the activities of HR consulting and in implementing different consulting technologies and services for customers. Students will understand the origin and development of HR consulting and it’s place in the field of management consulting.

HRPM 65025U Personnel Evaluation
Review of best practices in measuring, analyzing and monitoring job performance. Topics include: assessing performance, preparing and delivering performance reviews, documenting disciplinary actions, and aligning job performance with organizational goals and objectives.
