Documentary Department for the educational process

General information

Documentary Department for the educational process is a structural unit of the University Training Center that:
-    provides information for applicants, their parents and the public on all matters of admission to the university as well as for transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons;
-    organizes the commission for transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons;
-    organizes the execution and control of graduate documents.

Structure

The Department includes:

-       Advisory sector of the selection committee for admission to the University (office 116);

-       Sector for the documentation and transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons (office 130);

-       Sector for the execution of final documentation, the order and issue of diplomas to graduates (office 109).

Main tasks and responsibilities

-       Organization and consultation for applicants concerning the choice of profession that would meet most abilities, inclinations and preparation of the applicant.

-       Control of the work of the substantive examination and professional listening boards, appeal commissions. Provision and control of technical, information and household services to create the conditions for the contingent formation of students.

-       Providing consultations on issues of transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons.

-       Documenting of transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons from other universities and within the University.

-       Organization and control of the selection committee for transfer of students and renovation of expelled persons.

-       Organization of preparation for orders and issue of graduate documents; reporting and keeping statistics of graduates.

-       Organization of preparation for orders and issue of lost documents on higher education.

-       Preparation of proposals for improvement of the educational process.
