• 1997 – Graduated from Complex School No. 7 in Zaporizhzhia.

• 1999 – Graduated with honors from Zaporizhzhia Commercial College, specializing in Law, and obtained the qualification of a lawyer.
 
• 1999 – Enrolled in Zaporizhzhia Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, graduating in 2003 with a degree in Law and the qualification of a legal specialist.
 
• 2000 – Enrolled in the part-time program at Humanities University “Zaporizhzhia Institute of State and Municipal
Administration.”
 
• 2004 – Obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship with a specialization in Accounting and Auditing.
 
• 2005 – Graduated with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, earning the qualification of a specialist in this field.
 
• 2006 – Graduated from Humanities University “Zaporizhzhia Institute of State and Municipal Administration”, earning a Master’s degree in Law.
 
 

Professional Experience

• 07/2003 –11/2015 – Served in the law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
• 11/2015 – present – Serving in the National Police of Ukraine, Department of Strategic Investigations. Holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of Police. Scientific and Academic Activities
• 09/2024 – present – Associate Professor at the Department of Public and International Law, Kyiv National Economic
University named after Vadym Hetman (parttime).
• 2023 – Defended his dissertation on “Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law; Information Law,” earning the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences (equivalent to PhD in Law).
