Biography: In 2001, graduated with honors from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy, specializing in "Jurisprudence," and obtained the qualification of a lawyer. From 2001 to 2012, was in public service, working at the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in the positions of Chief Specialist and The Head of the Legal Department. In 2012, defended the Candidate of Juridical Sciences dissertation on the topic "Administrative Coercion in the Sphere of Economic Competition Protection" and received the academic degree of Candidate of Juridical Sciences. In 2019, defended Doctor of Juridical Sciences dissertation on the topic "Organizational and Legal Support for the Management of Municipal Property in Ukraine" and received the academic degree of Doctor of Juridical Sciences. In 2020, was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. In 2022, was awarded the academic title of Professor. From 2011 to 2020, worked as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University. Since 2020, has held the position of Professor, currently at the Department of Private Law at the aforementioned university. Professional Development: 1.
