Biography: Iryna Borisovna Machuska graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Mining Engineering and the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University (Faculty of Law), is an attorney at the Regional Bar Association. In 2013, defended PhD thesis on the topic: "Administrative and Legal Principles of the Activities of Public Authorities in the Field of Land Relations". In 2021 defended doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Administrative and legal principles of control and supervision activities in the field of subsoil use". Author of educational and educational-methodical manuals: Educational and teaching aid "Land Law" 2005 - with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; educational aids: "Land Law" 2006, "Agrarian Law" 2009, "Environmental Law" 2009, textbook "Civil Procedural Law" - with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. (co-authored in 2014), has over 70 scientific articles. Completed an international scientific and pedagogical internship organized by the Association for International Educational and Scientific Cooperation at the Vasile Goldish Western University in Arad (Romania) on the topic: "Modern methods and means of training future lawyers" from April 4 to May 13, 2022, certificate U1305-8 UK dated 13. 05.2022 in the amount of 6 credits (180 hours). Completed advanced training courses and received supporting documents in the following areas: Certificate of level B2 proficiency in Italian according to the CEFR scale (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Study, Teaching, Assessment), Scientific and Educational Center for Intensive Study of Foreign Languages and Ukrainian as a Foreign Language "Intensive" State Higher Educational Institution "Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University", Registration number 139 dated 03.06.2019. Certificate of level B2 proficiency in English according to the CEFR scale (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Study, Teaching, Assessment), Scientific and Educational Center for Intensive Study of Foreign Languages and Ukrainian as a Foreign Language "Intensive" State Higher Educational Institution "Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University", Registration number 428 dated 04.07.2022.
