• The e-journal, the university website and the Moodle system are three different systems.
• When contacting with a problem, indicate the following data: full name, number of the score book, and the problem itself.
• If there is a problem with the electronic journal, you need to contact the information systems administration department.
• If there are problems with accessing the office on the website, please contact web@kneu.edu.ua, and if you need to change the email address, indicate it immediately. When changing the mail on the website, it is also necessary to notify ido@kneu.edu.ua.
• If you have problems accessing the Moodle system, contact ido@kneu.edu.ua with your details.
• Please also pay attention to the fact that e-mails in the domain mail.ru, yandex.ru, mail.ua, yandex.ua are not supported in the system.

• monitoring and adaptation of new Internet technologies;
• organization of the process of filling the official website of the university;
• registration and control of sites created in the domain zone of the official website of the university;
• authorization and registration of users (students, teachers, employees);
•   advising managers and other users on filling and using the site;
• improvement of site indexing and its visibility in search engines (SEO optimization) and site promotion in social services (SMM);
• support for Google Apps services for higher education institutions.
