In 2000 received a Master's degree in Investment Management with honors from Kyiv National Economic University. In 2000-2003 studied at the postgraduate program and worked as an assistant at KNEU. In May 2004 defended dissertation for the PhD in Economics degree on «Diagnostics of the probability of bankruptcy of enterprises and the formation of anti-crisis programs of their activities (based on the materials of Ukrainian footwear enterprises)». In 2010 was promoted to Associate Professor of the Department of Business Economics. In 2020 appointed Chief of the project team (guarantor) for the program «Enterprise Economics» (bachelor's level). Downloaded files Економічні аспекти ліквідації підприємства (1,6 MB)У статті розглянуто масштаби процесів припинення діяльності підприємств в Україні. Серед ключових факторів, які слід аналізувати у процесі прийняття управлінського рішення про ліквідацію підприємства, визначено його фінансово-майновий стан та ефективність діяльності, перспективність товарів компанії, конкурентний статус підприємства, а також бажання та спроможність власника його розвивати, можливість судового переслідування, конструктивність кредиторів компанії. Наведено правові підстави для припинення діяльності юридичної особи як загалом, так і для окремих видів господарських товариств. Представлено концептуальні етапи здійснення добровільної ліквідації підприємства з характеристикою типових дій. У якості ключових параметрів, що мають бути досліджені у процесі прийняття рішення та оцінювання ефективності припинення підприємства визнано тривалість здійснення ліквідації, понесені витрати та отримані доходи. Наголошено на складності прогнозування кожного з цих параметрів та необхідності досконалого вивчення юридичних вимог до здійснення окремих стадій ліквідації підприємства, нехтування якими може суттєво подовжити тривалість процесу, підвищити витрати та втрати власників, а також призвести до зниження рівня відшкодування їх інвестицій. Серед основних причин затримки припинення бізнесу названо перевірки діяльності підприємства державними органами, оскарження у судах як дій самого підприємства, так і його контрагентів, складнощі з формуванням ліквідаційної маси. Зроблено акцент на доцільності розширення кола потенційних покупців за допомогою вітчизняних систем електронних продажів та торгівельних платформ. Наголошено на необхідності попередньої підготовки процесу припинення діяльності підприємства через впорядкування у першу чергу трудових відносин та кредитної політики.23 January 2024 р.
