Consortium partnersLast redaction: 05.02.25 The role of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU) KNEU acts as the coordinator of WIN2EDIH and is engaged in the implementation of tasks related to project management, monitoring the compliance of consortium participants with their obligations, compliance checking and reporting, preparing and chairing meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and monitoring their implementation, administering the financial contribution and fulfilling financial tasks. In addition, KNEU activities include work related to pre-investment testing of innovative projects, verification of their market attractiveness, development of competencies and skills (training in artificial intelligence, data analysis and digital transformation to increase the competitiveness of SMEs), administration of the “Innovation Ukraine” digital platform and its improvement using the potential of AI, development of the innovation ecosystem of the city of Kyiv region and consulting on finding financing, popularization of project results and informing society and stakeholders about new opportunities. The role of the Ukrainian Startup Fund in the project The Ukrainian Startup Fund within WIN2EDIH focuses on the selection of promising deep tech projects, organization of specialized ecosystem events, such as hackathons, bootcamps, trainings, as well as on creating conditions for the development of the innovation ecosystem. Expert support also includes engaging SMEs, startups and other entities through technology validation, digital solutions training, legal aspects and investment attraction. Special emphasis is placed on conducting demo days aimed at matching the target audience with investors, stakeholders and industry leaders, as well as on developing networking activities. Role of the National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” in the project The National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” within WIN2EDIH is responsible for the implementation of Work Package 3 "Development of Competencies and Skills", aimed at developing digital knowledge in SMEs, startups and the public sector through group trainings, mentoring, Deep Tech training and online incubation courses. National University “Chernihiv Polytechnic” coordinates activities to raise awareness of modern digital trends, technologies and their impact on such industries as smart mobility, manufacturing, education, energy, healthcare, smart homes/cities. Special attention is paid to improving digital skills in business: hard (data analysis, programming, prototyping, etc.) and soft skills (leadership, team management, Agile). The university also focuses on organizing training and consultations on the development of digital and green transformation projects, new business models, digitalization of energy systems, energy efficiency and information modeling. The role of State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic“ in the project State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic“ acts as a center of technological innovation in WIN2EDIH, combining academic expertise, research potential and business approach. State University “Zhytomyr Polytechnic“ both supports digital transformation, and also help enterprises, startups and the public sector to adapt the latest technologies in their processes. In particular, University conducts a digital maturity assessment, form an improvement roadmap and support its implementation; technical and business validation of projects - help startups and companies test their innovations, determine the market attractiveness and scalability of technological solutions; conduct prototyping and 3D printing - ensure the development of physical and digital prototypes and help launch pilot projects - help to integrate the latest technologies into real business and government processes, contributing to their digital transformation. The role of Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration in the project Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration within WIN2EDIH is responsible for large-scale support to SMEs, startups, governments and other entities through validation of deep tech projects, training in digital technologies, legal aspects and attracting investment. Its activities include individual consultations, trainings, workshops, investor meetings and conferences. Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration is also responsible for the Networking direction, within which it will develop a number of networking events aimed at promoting collaboration, knowledge exchange and developing partnerships in the innovation ecosystem. YEP Accelerator’s role in the project YEP Accelerator is responsible for the communication of the hub, making information about Win-Win EDIH opportunities accessible and understandable for business, startups and the public sector. YEP Accelerator develops clients’ entrepreneurial skills through trainings and workshops, and creates practical opportunities through educational bootcamps and meetings with successful company founders. With experience in supporting early-stage startups and developing innovation education, YEP helps WIN2EDIH clients adapt to digital changes and find new ways to growth. |
