Regulation on the Department of Record Keeping and Archival Storage of Documents
The Department of Record Keeping and Archival Storage of Documents provides:
- coordination of the university’s document flow;
- registration of regulatory and administrative documents;
- familiarization of executors with correspondence in accordance with the resolutions imposed;
- informing the executors of orders and instructions of the university management;
- acceptance, recording, and storage of documentary materials completed by the office, processed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law;
- organization of examination of the scientific and practical value of documentary materials in the archive;
- organizing the use of documentary materials and issuing certificates, copies, extracts to interested institutions and individuals in accordance with the established procedure;
- advising the employees of the departments on the documentary part of the office work and archival affairs.
