Teaching and Professional Experience:

Since August 2017, has been employed at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.. From September 2018, served as an Assistant at the Department of Enterprise Strategy. Since September 2019 to the present, has held the position of Assistant/Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management. 

2019-2022 - Head of the Institutional Accreditation Sector, Secretariat of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.

2018-2019 - Head of the Department for Educational Programs, Licensing, and Accreditation, Center for Management and Quality Monitoring in Education, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.

2017 - Head of the Academic and Methodological Department, Kryvyi Rih Economic Institute, Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.

Participation in professional and public associations:

Participation in international projects:

2024 - 2025 - participation in the project of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the Estonian Agency for Education Quality Assurance (NAKA) “Enhancement of Higher Education Quality in Ukraine”, funded by the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV).

2023 - training for developers of anti-corruption master's degree programs with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine under the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Program with financial support from the European Union.

2022-2023 - teaching certain topics of the course “Personal management and managerial thinking” within the framework of the project “Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis”, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) through the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) program.

2021-2022 - participation in a pilot project of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (Ukraine) and the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (Republic of Kazakhstan) on simultaneous accreditation of educational programs according to national and international standards.

2019 - “Ukraine's new accreditation system: building on UK best practice” train the trainers program developed and delivered by Quality Assurance Agency, UK.
