2002 - was awarded the academic title of associate professor at the Department of Management of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics (Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics) (certificate DC No. 006022)

1997 - defended a thesis for the degree of candidate of economic sciences on the topic "Mechanism of implementation of the state employment policy in the Dnipropetrovsk region" on 08.02.03 with the specialty "Management, planning and state regulation of the economy" at the "Kyiv National University of Economics" (diploma КН№ 013041)

1993 - graduated from "Kyiv National University of Economics", Kryvyi Rih branch, received a full higher education majoring in "Economic and Social Planning" and obtained the qualification of specialist in economics (diploma with honors KB No. 900058)

Work Expirience

1997 - to the present time - associate professor of the management department of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics; founder and co-developer of the educational disciplines "Quality Management", "Organizational Design and Operational Business Excellence", "Operational Management", Interdisciplinary Training "Making Management Decisions".

2000 I started cooperation with business organizations, I take part in consulting projects for enterprises from various fields of activity, including: pharmaceuticals, printing, energy, and the banking sector. Implemented joint projects in the beer industry, the automotive industry, and the field of transport logistics, which include research on the specifics of building operational management systems of enterprises, increasing operational efficiency, and forming integrated management systems. Currently, cooperation with such companies as "Nova Poshta", "DTEK Academy", "Danon", Lean Institute Ukraine, All-Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants CMC-UKRAINE is ongoing.
