Education She received her higher economic education at the Faculty of Economics of the Kyiv State Economic University (diploma with honors in the specialty "Economics and Production Management") and was recommended for postgraduate study, where in 1998 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic "Management of Entrepreneurial Potential". In 2014 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences on the topic "Management of Enterprise Assets". Work experience Since 2006, Deputy Head of the Department of Enterprise Economics. Since 2013, appointed Head of the English-language Master's program "Management of Entrepreneurial Activity". Since 2016, Guarantor of the educational and scientific (PhD) program "Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchange Activities". Participation in international research and/or educational projects During her professional activity, she actively participated in many international projects associated with the Karl Duisberg Society (InWEntgGmbH), CEUME, worked as a local trainer under the TACIS MTP4 program. She completed internships in France (ESIDEC), Germany (InWEnt), Austria (UNIDO), Poland (Warsaw and Jagiellonian Universities). In 2019, she participated in the Erasmus+ program, STAFF MOBILITY FOR TRAINING Program (University of Foggia, Italy). In 2020-2021, she was a participant in the project on the development of female leadership in the academic environment "FLAMINGU", implemented by KNEU and the University of Konstanz, Germany, within the framework of the DIES Hochschulpartnerschaften program with DAAD funding from BMZ funds. In 2021, she participated in the Creative Spark online symposium for entrepreneurship educators. Initiated the organization of a speech cafe "Women's Entrepreneurship" at the university. In 2023, within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 program "Mobility for higher education students and staff between Programme and Partner Countries", she represented the V.
