"Foresight technology in agribusiness"

Recommended for master's degree students 

The aim of this course – develop strategic thinking, deepen understanding of enterprise strategy, strengthen diagnostic abilities and form skills in managing strategies in agribusiness, master technical skills and techniques related to the use of modern methods for identifying directions of agribusiness development as an element of forming a long-term enterprise development strategy, develop a set of practical tasks, the solution of which ensures that applicants acquire a holistic system of skills to perform typical tasks of professional activity as an economist and manager in the field of strategic management.

The interdisciplinary connections of this discipline.  "Foresight Technologies in Agribusiness" is a logical continuation of the course "Strategic Management" and requires close connection with other academic disciplines of the master's level of higher education: "Managerial Economics", "Agrarian Policy and Agribusiness", "Economics and Organization of Agribusiness", "Global Economy", "Cost Management in Agribusiness", "Marketing Management in Agribusiness", "Fundamental and Technical Analysis in Agribusiness" and "Management of Strategic Changes in Agribusiness".

3. Detailing the main methods for developing foresights of the economic development of an enterprise.
