Product certification and quality management

Recommended for applicants of the first (bachelor) level of higher education, educational program -

"Economics of agribusiness and agrotrading"

The goal of the discipline: the formation of a modern scientific worldview and special knowledge in the field of metrology, standardization, certification of agricultural production, which is a component of the technology of production and processing of products in certain branches of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Learn to work with regulatory documents and the ability to apply knowledge in practice.

Interdisciplinary connections: Mastering this discipline forms the basis of the necessary knowledge, abilities, and skills for studying the disciplines of a professional direction: economics of an agribusiness enterprise, agrarian management, organization of production in agribusiness, innovative activity in agribusiness, justification of economic decisions and risk assessment, etc.

Calculate the consumption of raw materials in accordance with the current standards for agricultural processing products.

Apply normative indicators in the calculations of costs of production resources for the processes of storage and processing of agricultural products.

Analyze product quality indicators based on the materials of standards and certificates of conformity of agro-industrial products.

Developing students' practical team skills and independent work, namely:

Checking the performance of computational and analytical practical tasks.
