Learning Objectives

Thepurpose of discipline "Planning and control atenterprise" is to build knowledge of methodology development ofprospective plans and business plans in a company. These are primarily business plans that justify process of implementing strategic changes as well as processes of plans monitoring and adjusting.  The discipline is also considers detailing master plans into current and operational planningthat determine the daily activities of the company.

Tasksof the course - mastering the forms and methods of planning and control; studying the structure and development technology of model plans for economic and social progressof enterprise, the composition of indicators and methods of their calculation, optimization of the production programsand other parameters of activitiesthatare planned.

After studying the coursea student should be able to:

* identify strategic goals and directions of a companybased on analysis of internal and external environmentfactors;

* conduct economic calculations required forthe planning of production, marketingand sales, supplies and consolidated financial performance;

* use methodology for monitoring and analysis of business projects in orderto develop corrective actions.
