Biography:
In 2008 she graduated from the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs with a degree in Law, in 2009 she received a master's degree from the Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs. In October 2010, she entered the doctoral and postgraduate courses of the National Academy of Internal Affairs. On March 16, 2011 she defended her dissertation research on the topic "Administrative and legal regulation of out-of-school education in Ukraine" in the specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and process; finance law; information law. In February 2015, she received the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure (certificate of associate professor 12DC №041402 dated February 26, 2015). From November 2009 she worked as a lecturer at the Institute of Political Science and Law of the National Pedagogical University. M.P. Drahomanov, since September 2010 - at the National Academy of Internal Affairs. In 2010-2011 she worked as a lecturer at the Department of Administrative and Legal Disciplines and Management of the Faculty of Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Psychology (hereinafter - NNIPP). In September 2011 she was transferred to the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law and Management. In September 2012, she was transferred to the position of associate professor of the Department of Administrative Law of NNIPP. From September 2013 to 2018 she worked as an associate professor at the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of the National Academy of Internal Affairs. In his scientific work he has: a monograph - 2, one of them single; professional articles - 30; international articles - 6; conferences, including international - 50, of which 20 individually. She provided scientific guidance during the preparation and defense of two PhD theses. She was an official opponent during the defense of 20 dissertation research. She prepared about fifty reviews of dissertation research abstracts. In November 2014, she completed advanced training courses in the field of "Combating legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorist financing" at the Training and Methodological Center of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine. In March 2018, she underwent advanced training under the in-service training program for specialists in providing home care. International internship: Humanities and natural sciences university in Sandomierz Certificate of completion in scientific and pedagogical internship on (11-15 June 2018 Sandomierz, Republic of Poland) in the specialty "Legal Sciences" in the amount of 3 credits (108 hours). Prepared a report: "Directions for improving the teaching process in higher education." Scientific andpedagogic internship «Higher education institutions as a medium for the formation of a new generation of lawyers»: Internship proceedings, June 11-15, 2018. Sandomierz. R. 218-224. In 2019 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Laws. Topic: "Restrictions in administrative law". On June 29, 2021, by the decision of the Certification Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, he was awarded the academic title of professor.
