1992-1997 – Odesa State University named after I.I. Mechnikov, Faculty of Law 2003, successfully defended a PhD dissertation on the topic: "Ministries in the System of Executive Authorities of Ukraine" in the specialty 12.00.07 – Theory of Governance; Administrative Law and Process; Financial Law. 2014, awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy. 1998-2001– Postgraduate studies without interruption from work (Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine). 1997-2002– Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. 1999-2002– Senior Lecturer at the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy at KNEU (part-time, position). 2002-2003– Senior Lecturer at the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy at KNEU. 2003-2018– Associate Professor at the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy (now the Department of Entrepreneurial and Corporate Law). Since 2019– Professor at the Department of Private Law.
