Born in 1975. In 1997, he graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

 

Since 1997, he has been a researcher at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Archival and Document Studies.

 

From 1997 to 2000, he studied at the postgraduate program of the Kyiv National University of National Education.

 

Since 2001, he has been working at the Kyiv National University of National Education as an assistant, since 2007, as a senior lecturer, since 2009, as an associate professor of the department.

 

In 2008, he defended his candidate's thesis in the specialty 23.00.01 - theory and history of political science.

 

In 2012, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Political Science and Sociology.

 

- delegate of the Conference of the labor collective of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of National Education and the Institute of Sociology;

 

- Member of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Human Resources Management and Marketing (2013-2015);
